You just officially joined the list of guys on here doing that contest who've talked crap to/about me on here and will lose to me in that contest, alexxx.

You are so far beneath where I am right now (those pics are all at least 2 years old) it's laughable. I'd destroy you in a most muscular, rear double bi, quads and abs, side tri, side bi, hell, every post imaginable. Your legs are LAUGHABLE alexxx.

There are going to be some guys on here hiding after that contest is over. You are one of them, Alexxx. Save this post for reference. I'm not proclaiming that I'll win but I damn sure won't lose to some weakling like you unless it's fixed.

yep, your math is wrong.

240-17.5%=198

that means is SF started at 20%bf he would be at 2.5% @198

hope this helps

oh and if SF is 20%@240 then at 7% he would be 208.8 with no muscle loss

He'd lose 5-10 pounds of muscle easily for a total of between 50-55 pounds (and that's just to get to 7%), not that it matters.

After looking at his toothpick calves again I can't step laughing. "Beachball on stilts" personified.

anyone who looses that much fat would loose some muscle. I lost about 35 or 38 pounds and about 8 pounds was muscle. I dont think 20 percent is correct either. It would be higher. However if Squadfather is shorter then Egocrusher he could still be carrying more muscle even at a lower wieght. Wieght doesnt mean everything in determining who has the most muscle. Ego said he can do 120s for 6 on an incline at 7 percent bodyfat where im at 8 or 9 percent bodyfat and can do 125s for 6 at 163lbs after doing bench press. If a person wieghed 150 at 7 percent bodyfat and was 5'2 that person would be carrying more muscle then most of us and could probably lift more than most people that are 250 plus
