when im walking my inner thighs are rubbing against eachother, and this causes bruises

Dude.....hate to say this but everyone is right.  Your threads are really kind of annoying....

Heres the top 5 suggestions for your next thread to save you the trouble..

1) My lats are so big I had to turn sideways to get through a door

2) My biceps are so big I cant get my glass of water to my mouth and I am getting dehydrated

3) My calves are so big that I cant find any jeans to wear and thus I am forced to wear a kilt

4) I am forced to pee in the shower because my chest is so big I cant see over it to see if I am hitting the toilet

5) My ego is so large that I think making stupid threads on here is harrrrrdcooooorrrrrrrrre

im telling the truth here, i just got outta the shower and i got bruises on the top of my thighs on both legs

yeah when this became a problem for me it was a sign that I had bulked too far and I started dieting.  Unless you are juiced to the gills you do not have enough muscle to justify rubbing thighs

Rubbing thighs?? I got them three months after i start squating (heavier) and drinking mass gainers. i usually felt it after walking some distances. at least you know your thigh size has increased. :-*

good to hear im no alone with this problem! yes i was walking quite some distance today and i have been hitting my legs harder recently  8)
