you look great dude but you have to remember that this guy is 6'3" and 380 pounds or so, i'll gaurantee you that if he stood next to you and flexed his arm it would be nearly the size of your chest.

Dave I am going to explain this too you very simply.  Some guys like mass (fat) like yourself and this guy, others prefer to have a tight under 32" waist and abs.  

Pick which one you want.

I don't care if this guys squatted 2000 lbs, he is fat, STRONG but fat.  look at his gut behind his hand, it is hanging down a good 3 " over his beltline.  

I would NEVER want to have a waist bigger than 32" ever in my life again.  I have been down that road and won't go back.  the main thing is that this guys physique is one that needs to have a shirt covering it at all times, that is just sad IMO.   But hey do your thing, everybody else will do there own.
