Not once did Flex ever have shredded hams and glutes after 1993 due to his FSGS kidney problem.

92 or 93 was a much smaller version of flex, in 99 british grand prix, year 2000 he was his biggest. im not all about size, but flex always had a small waist, small joints, and a balanced proportional physique. so i really dont think his 1 percent addition of bodyfat really makes a difference in his overall appearance.  i really dont care for his 93 asc physique at all.

Well he was measured at 0.0% bodyfat at Golds Venice prior to one of his shows, so I'm sure it was that one.

arnold schwarzenegger was drier in 1980 people say that he used some new diuretics or whatever, but 1974 1975, alittle more bodyfat but bigger size still looks better.

i really dont think that low of a bodyfat actually makes the body look better, healthy bodyfat ranges like in the 70's were much more natural and better looking.

just in case anybody cares, the 99 battle is available on dvd in 2 weeks...

Hi Mitsuru,

I have been waiting for dvd conversions for about a year or 2 years now...i mean it honestly does not take this long? what is the reason for this long delay?

if I order the VHS version, will i be able to get a FREE DVD copy when it comes out? just curious.

thanks

Daer Moss,
Thank you for your letter.
And we are appreciated for your patient.

We need to ask you to wait another two years for BATTLE 99
conversion....
just kidding you, what a coincident you are asking regards BATTLE
conversion,
we finally finishing all work right now.
I will ask you for you to wait another two weeks, not for two years.
Some of the newer DVD master already in the factory, some others are
ready to go to factory now.
About a couple weeks, I will let you know by e-mail for all VHS
version will be converted to DVD.

Thank you so much for your loyal support!
Sincerely,
Mitsuru Okabe

PS: I am the only person and we have only single machine to handle
all video data.
That's the reason it pushed back conversion work behind.
When I working on newer titles, I couldn't handle other materials on
same machine.
Thank you for your understanding.

i will say that flex appeared to know exactly how to use synthol though.

obviously it didn't give him the grainy hard look but his combination of small joints and dramatic full muscle bellies was unbelievable.

let's face it, flex had a shitty chest though and it was proportionately lacking next to his delts and arms.

WTF?  Your average 16-year-old could have this converted and up on Youtube in an hour or two.  Mits is claiming it takes two years (or even two weeks is ridiculous).  ::)

THIS is why BB.com's Olympia project will put him out of business. In today's world, you nee to get your shit up NOW, not weeks, months, or years from now.
