Now that shit is legit, not like that retard castlebarry!!  Holy fuck.  He did it to "who says you can't go home" by Bon Jovi and Sugarland.  I'm sure all the "hardcore" guys are wondering how such a lift was possible with out pantera playing in the background!!

Very, very impressive. I'd love to know the mental process he goes through right before he lifts the bar off the rack. There would be some serious repurcussions if he messed a lift like that up...
