come on, he's got a lot of fat on him.  Much rather look like a Dennis Wolf or a Shawn Ray and lift 330 then look like that dude who can bench 580.

very impressive benching power, anyone know if this guy is a somewhat known athlete, or just someone who lifts weights? I kind of doubt he is a powerlifter because of how nice and strict his form was, 600lbs no bench shirt, didn't see him weraing a belt, didn't arch his back three feet off the bench.

BTW i squat 440 for 1 in the off season Squad my legs are my strongest bodypart. The are 25.5" at 165 lbs squad,  You can stop with humor anytime, it really gets old seeing ALL your post in reference to me and ego.  Flattering but OLD, find some new material ::)
