If I am fucked up on various substances, I will bite a 20 mg. Cialis in half, I find that that is more than enough to make me hard and able to still come. Sober, I obviously don't take anything. I still say the most importan thing is abstaining from jerking off. Obviously not if you aren't getting regular pussy, but if you know you are going to get laid on a given night, don't jerk off and you'll see a world of difference.

I bet. My advice is pretty much useless to most of you guys anyway. I take vicodin and valiums, so my libido is very different than most peoples. I can still come 3 times a day, maybe more, but nothing like I could if I were substance free. That's why I have been trying to abstain from taking matters into my own hands so to speak, plus it makes sex better imo. I sure do miss my alone time with my porns though

He asked if he could find it at GNC...I personally don't use alot of supplements only a multi and some L-arginine for recreation purposes thats it...I have no reason to take in that much eventhough it would do no harm to take that much in you just piss out what you don't use...

Because it works great for what I use it for... I have no reason to take in 20-30g of the stuff a day...If works why bother taking more?? I could say the same thing about Testosterone I cycle once a year, But I don't keep bumping up my dosage if what I am using works just fine
