I am focusing more on inclines instead. But it is tempting.

Alexxx, you are the first non pro that I know of that has trained hard for 5 years and look worse now..what does that tell you?

Steele you do not have the whole picture. I was much leaner back then but had no thickness. My chest was almost non existant and no is one of my best bodyparts. Tris improved majorly. Legs much much bigger. Wider shoulders and wider back.

Only thing missing in my routine nowadays is deadlifts. $:-\$
