i surely have seen him before,probably even seen him on stage competing... i just dont train often enough to know people there at Pro-Gym on a name basis...i have a yearly pass ( 25 sessions per year, whenever i want) so it's rare i do go.

Alex is a friend of mine, he looks incredible but he is a heavyweight.
he had NO business entering the light-heavies.

both Bruce willis and Alex Poitras at the provincial were better than him.
he was shredded as fuck but way too flat !
he was in contest shape at 220 lbs with the same line in his quads exept he has a lot more thickness in the upperbody

but he will be better next year in the heavies at the canadian nats

my friend Pat should be doing it as well ( Light Heavies) he won Quebec and MTL last year in the same Categ.

2008 is his year, finally in the heavies (2005 he stuggled to get down to 199 for Light-Heavies)
but he should be a nice 210 or something and hopefully they don't do what they did in 2005, and screw the living shit out of his placing.
