Myself the Marvelous One, Dennis Wolf, Troy Alves are headed for Kuwait August 2nd to bang it out in one of the best gyms in the world to date. Dennis James will be there to keep the energy up for our up and coming shows. He is unfortunately taking care of his illness and will be back for the attack soon. Bader Boodai owner of Oxygen will be setting seminars and such while we are there. We are all looking forward to hanging out and trying to stay cool. It gets over 130 degrees at times

any one can get beat on any given day . Victor and I will battle too. I am gonna do my best to beat who I can. Going to kuwait is stress free so I can really focus.

Melvin you looked absolutely insane at last years olympia.

But do u think ur hernia surgery and not being able to train for a portion of the year will slow u down??

Also u look a bit behind in ur conditioning and dont seem quite as big as u did last offseason. Am I right or wrong, u tell me.

If you can add a bit of muscle, and get in a lil tighter condition, I can see u battling for a top 3 spot!

I think Melvin is very close to Victor. With a few pounds more and good conditioning I can see him placing top 3.

Dude the gym is awsome they have every machine imaginable plus I dont even haveto put on or take off the weights they got runners for that crazy huh even runners for water.

I am still around 267 and bringin down the body fat steadily. They hernia surgery actually helped cause it gave my body a rest.

they people there are really cool there and it takes the pressure off and i can do more my not haveing to take off weights go get water etc. We can just wat sleep and train ya know?
