Well hello getbiggers!!! been away for a while and thought i would drop in and see whats the lastest on the BIG GET BIGGERS!!!
Thankyou for the thread and all the posts and opinions. Im doing well and still resting up. Sitting somewhere between 265-270 and feeling great!!! a little softer than normal but healthy! clean right out now for almost 5 mths and knowing i will be back to do some major damage next year!

i just got from the USA where i was able to catch with my great friend Milos Sarcev and yes tried out his AWSOME new range of supps!! the Amino's are just out of this world and the most potent amino combo going around!!!

that picture was taken about 2 weeks out of the Ironman during a crazy giant set arm workout!!

Yes i am alot softer! between 265 and 270lbs maybe 10-11%BF which is alot for me!!! Last year top world know stength coach Charles Poliquin got me at 5.5% BF at a weight of 280lbs!

Milos himself highly recommended me to meet with Charles when he was working in Australia!!! Milos and Chalres are best of friends. Milos said in his opinion Charles Poliquin is the number strength coach in the world!!! His has amazing knowledge!! Milos and Charles doing a seminar together would sell out around the world!
