There is nothing like leg day ! It's the main reason I train. Upper body is a breeze. But stepping away from that squat rack with some heavy ass weight on your sholders is a whole different thing. After a great leg workout you feel awesome. ( Even if you can't walk )

Me too. I get tense from the day before.
I agree my Samurai friend, me too. I never think I can do it until I actually start....and then there is no turning back. After the last set, I usually am flat on my back on the floor (uck!) amazed that I got through.  :)

yes, i cant just decide ohh now im gonna do legs, i need to be prepared mentally one day ahead for the pain and discomfort.
