I need a Gym in Hartford, connecticut

oh sorry I thought you were going on business and staying in a hotel, I was going to suggest just using the Milos priniciples and supersetting with toilet paper curls and toilet/bath bench dips, followed by a giant set of step ups on the bed or dresser.

Best fitness in spfld sucks ass.  Yes, they have lots of equipment, but when something breaks, it takes 2 months to repair.  The smith machines are ridiculously resistant and the barbells are all the tick variety (as opposed to Olympic size).  The girls are ugly and the homos abound.  My membership is up at the end of the month, its gold from here on out for me.

How is the new Gold's in Windsor??? I'm going up there on business Monday, staying about 6 weeks and was going to check it out.

The windsor location is brand new, so I haven't seen it yet.  But there's 5 in the area of varying sizes.

The reference to homos means any mf'er that looks like he spends more time in the salon and tanning bed than my woman.  Whether they are actually gay or not, they're gay.
