pm question answered

hey whats up dude. You probably wont answer this, but i'll ask anywyas:

i read in one of your posts that you would never use creatine on a cycle, let alone not on a cycle. im curious why this is your opinion on creatine? i personally dont like the stuff because i find it just adds lots ofwater, and nothing else. but im wondering why you say these things?

thanks

creatine in all of its forms is junk,,same as drinking couple gatorades with couple spoons of salt in them,,it goes out via urine or via poopin,,dont like it never liked it and it doesnt add anything to the physiqe beside slightly temporary increase in waist size

gh15, ii thaught you were smarter than that. some people dont react to creatine, its because they got a natural highdose of creatine in their system already. most of the people do react to it, most of us get stronger in the gym when on creatine.  its highly awkward that a man of your knowledge comes with such crap. got any fashion tips?

LOL.   The real answer is :   Steroids give you protien synthesis and cellular bloat already.....so why add creatine?    Save your money for more gear.

gh15 will be so proud of me... :D

GH: What if you don't eat much red meat?  Is creatine still a waste?

the one lean burger you eat every day or couple days should give you enough creatine even if you dont eat a lot of red meat,,rest is not needed,,anything the liver and digestive-kidny system can break a part and destroy fast is not needed because it will not work with the exeption of primobolan tablets and couple other products that needed to be taken in very high doses to get the benefit

1 tablet anadrol a day will get you the meaty thick arms/physiqe you look for,,for a lot less money than the 200$ you will spend on creatine that will give you nothing when it comes to extra true muscle mass,,
if you want the water retention from creatine,,just use dianabol insted of anadrol and you will gain 15 extra pounds of water in addition to the 5-10lb of true muscle mass gained of it

creatine = zero lean muscle mass gained

dianabol/anadrol/oxandrolone = 3-15lb of lean muscle mass gained each time used correctly depending on genetic repond,,diet and ofcourse your training

you do the math

No, but I will say it's silly to ignore basic supplementation just cuz your juiced to the gills. Sure you can, but if you want to squeeze out as much growth from your cycle as possible, do everything right -- including proper "normal" supplementation.

You can also skip your multi and vit-c if you like while on cycle and you'll grow...doesn't mean you won't grow faster, safer, better and more comfortably if you take your vitamines.

So, follow the guru gh15 all you wannabe competitors. Then the next time you step on stage and get your ass handed to you by a guy whose been taking his normal supplementation all along, you can thank your naivety, and the wonderful advice of gh15.

Oh my God, for once GH15 says something that isn't complete crap! Creatine is useless. It is water retention without the increase of protein synthesis that sauce gives you. It is also poisonous to the kidneys and, if you eat red meat daily, your intra-muscular creatine stock is already saturated, anyway.

Anyone can Google creatine monohydrate and see the benefits of it. It has loads of research behind , and is scientifically proven to be effective, at increasing lean muscle mass, strength… And it costs next to nothing… I was always under the impression you should increase creatine supplementation whilst on juice and especially if you use slin because of your bodies increase ability to up take and utilize it. In fact I think in Building the perfect beast they specifically state to use creatine in post work out shake with slin.

Creaine is NOT poisonous to the kidneys. Creatinine, the byproduct after a phosphate group has been removed from the creatine molecule IS toxic. Get it right SUCKY  ;)

Creatine is not meant to do anything other than increase a cell's ability to replenish ATP. More of an indirect way to gain muscle.

I guess going beyond the immediate gains via increased transcription and translation that steroids induce or the even more immediate effects things like insulin, are beyond some people's appreciation levels.

I could care less what people do with themselves, however, there are going to be some young people on this board that are going to take gh's advice and just jump into gear when that isn't necessary.

Anyways, what do I know, all I have is education, gh has much more from what he has shown us.

Nope. Creatine is directly poisonous to the kidneys. Take 100 grams at once, and 4 hours latter your kidneys will shut down. Just because the tiny amount that bodybuilders take is not enough to damage the kidneys. it doesen't mean that damage isn't being done.

Asinine example.

Many things become poisonous when taking is mega-doses.

Nobody is going to run around calling creatine toxic  ;)
