Hey, some people never learn. Some people are year round perma bulkers who think they have massive ammounts of muscle and run at the first sign of weightloss. No reason to insult the guy. Atleast he lifts.

I wouldn't go so far as to put Ronnie's name on that list.

Sure dave has a nice back, but is that from intense training or his genetics, in which case his back would STILL look like that even if he only used bowflex  :o


But when you put great genetics together with INTENSE training...then you get backs like Coleman's and Yates'  :-*
