I'm not one for calling bullshit...
but
I have seen johnny jackson train on dvd repeatedly
and based on that.. i find some of these claims...
questionable
the ones that stand out in my mind are
150 dumbells shoulder presses 15 reps (he barely did 10 - 12 *properly with this on flat chest presses on bfto 2005)

200lb incline presses 8 reps (see above statement)

seated military presses
405 - 8 reps (branch is a stronger presser than johnie an he did even do 405 for a single n his dvd.. he was doing 375 or so in what looked like a crazy half standing incling barbell press)
upright rows 405 pounds 8 reps(no comment)

alternate dumbel curls 120 8- 10 reps
...
Now im not sayin johnnie isnt a strong bber....not in the leage of levrone coleman or chris cormier.. imo
but yes he is strong...
but i thing flex churning out some of the numbers are an insult to the intelligence of their readers in some respect...
I have said before and i will say again..
so far on 3 bbers have done anything close on
film to what has been claimed in magazines..
coleman...cormier... levrone...
everybody is strong on paper.. but on film..
first thing they say when mitz meets them... low carb day...
5 and a half weeks out from the 2000 mr olympia.. coleman
deadlift 800 lbs 2 reps
200lb dumbell presses 12 reps flat 8 incline
495 barbell rows 10 reps
585 front squats 6 reps 12 with 495
315 for 12 military presses.
......
like coleman would say errbody stong on paper but dont no body be strong on film..
..
