Prolab-Lean Mass Matrix/Cinnamon Oatmeal tastes great...followed by Strawberry banana MuscleMilk and Chocolate BSN Syntha-6

As far as quality...ON Pro-Complex or Dorian Yates Approved.  Both taste good, and have the perfect blend of slow and fast releasing proteins.

I've always heard the Ergopharm GF Pro Proteins are excellent.  They have fruity flavors like Green Apple, a cherry something, and Pink Lemonade

I'd go with IsoPure, particularly the IsoPure RTDs in the glass bottles. They taste like Kool-Aid and work really great. Yet, the only time I buy them is when GNC marks them down to $1  (or less) per bottle, due to clearance.

If money didn't matter, I wouldn't be worried about what powder I used, as I would be eating the finest beef money could buy all day long.  So it just proves that money does matter so for that fact I would be using ON
