Federal or State laws? No.

IFBB Rules and Code of Conduct? Yes.

Kai seems like a genuinely nice person, but as Ben Weider says "Rules are rules". Suspending Kai will instill some credibility to the Lee Priest suspension and not contradict it by ignoring Kai's past conduct, which is what it appears as now.

1.) IFBB's reaction-

none that I know of....obviously, they cant control what people do in their spare time...they do have a "code of conduct" which is basically a guideline for how they believe you should conduct yourself...but unless they wanted to challenge the ACLU and other various orgs.....it is what it is.

2.) My opinion-

Personally, I could care less what people do on their own time....from a professional standpoint, some of these athletes are lucky I aint calling the shots, because I would be far more strict on anything remotely involving porn, pics, wrestling, schmo's, etc....no other sport would (or does) tolerate such things, we should be no different.

It seems to be a document that only counts when they want to fuck with someone. But that's just my humble opinion - who knows what really goes on behind the scenes (I'm not going to pretend I do).

American Idol didn't run into any ACLU problems when they got rid of that girl 2 years ago for having porn pictures of her on the internet.

The ACLU hasn't crawled over the NFL for suspending Michael Vick for allegedly being involved in a dog fighting ring.

And do you really think the ACLU or some other various organization would jump on the chance to represent Kai Greene? A bodybuilder who outside of the industry has virtually no symbolism?

do you think that if prize money was higher as well as endorsements and just all around guranteed money for the athletes, maybe they woudnt have to resort to Gay for pay or porn shit for extra income...I have seen bodybuilders (successful ones), and its not like they have the time to get full time jobs....You have carved a nitch for yourself but you are one of many...I hate that 2nd tier guys have to go all gay for pay or selling _______(you fill in the blank) just to live a comfortable lifestyle...But i think there needs to be some way to gurantee more money. A union that put pressure on supplement companies (as far as a minimum contract amount) might be  start. i know its easier said than done, maybe the ifbb could step in .

no one is forced, and also supplement companies can't legally nor should they be forced to pay a  minimum to athletes , i think the sport itself has to find a way to generate the money. and from what chick told me in the past, the key to this is tv contracts.
