Looks good as usual, will probably get screwed though. I don't know why but for some reason I really like his physique, kinda like with Ahmad Haidar, not very large or freaky but overall put together near perfect from an aesthetic point of view.

Yeah, judging by has past contests i think he's gonna lose too much weight. He's already pretty cut there and he's 9 weeks out. Looks more like 5 weeks out to me.

He competed at the Austrailian pro so there is no reason for him to really bulk between then and the next show coming up... He has probably been pretty lean during the whole summer.

Wong is from the Victor Martinez-school. Heavy squats, tons of chins, tight waist and great X-frame to show for it. Wong is a great guy and I hope he fares well. He has some genetic weaknesses, but is still better than 99% of us could ever be.
