F'n douche prolly hasn't even hit 200lbs yet nor seen a real offseason and a true diet. Just because your skinny and you can see your muscles doesn't make you a bodybuilder, you have to actually build something.

thank you very much guys yes i'm natural(clean) for over 1 year
but to be honest at a certain time i took some bdol but nothing else ( 6 weeks or something)
and just a small amount of it
right now i'm taking nothing

If you have trained for 10 years and stopped growing and someone can get you growing again maybe that is worth money to get you the results and stop all that wasted effort. Knowing what to do is what you are paying for. Maybe I should charge people for information instead of giving it away for free. Funny thing is no one listens when it is free.
