Where the hell did you come up with that one? Geeze...like I'm some roid-head... ::)

I did a couple cycles back in '96-'98 while doing strongman -- MILD cycles at that. The only "cycle" I did after that was when I DROVE to TJ every weekend, injected while still in MX, and drove back. Only to find out later that everything I took was fake. Monster waste of time/money...but it was 100% legal.

Stop making shit up.

So you are claiming you are not on any steroids and/or insulin, GH etc at this time (when the pics were taken)?

And why would you not take steroids yet would shoot MCT oil into your arms?

Blechman won't post here ever since that poll showed 93% of Getbiggers question his sexuality.

umm, i think he's about as serious as when he said he doesn't use peds.

hey, while we're being serious, hide is doing all of his prep using kns products because he gains more muscle (30-40lbs per fortnight) than when he was following his drug regimen.

on a serious note, milos is going to be receiving a nobel peace award for curing diabetes with sugar and protein. the scientific world has been shocked to discover that kns products actually do act like insulin.

and did you know, milos is currently training donovan bailey to sprint the 4 minute marathon? apparently, you really can sprint marathons. :o

on that note the ioc is placing milos the scientist into it's hall of fame. there is no longer any need to test for peds because kns products are anabolic, so why spend millions on drug testing? any athlete would be foolish to use drugs when sugar and protein do the same job.

nasa is currently negotiating with milos...ok, i'll stop now. ;D

no. do you remember our debate on that one. it was before his seminar.

once again, he was going great guns, his usual monolgue about how great he is and how stupid and lazy i am. talking about  blue skies and green grass and shit, but like when he welched on the kns bet, he excused himself and ran away when i got too specific with my questions. excused himself with some comment about not having enough time.

case in point: don't ever ask milos to explain himself. he will give you 2500 page essays on how the grass is green, the skies are blue and his 9 year old daughter knowing how to cure diabetes, but if you require some sort of proof to back up his reasoning, he will suddenly not have the time.

a bit like how he doesn't have the time to attend meetings with chick about improving pro bber's conditions, yet has the time to bad mouth those that are trying eg. chick.

or how he has the time to accuse chua of everything from the death of jesus christ to causing tsunamis, yet proof ??? a year later, we're still waiting. ::)

i guess we'll have to wait and see how hide does come contest time. milos apparently is the mind on drugs, supplements and training so surely it's about time one of his athletes won a pro show. anyone talking about hide winning the next mr o? what about luke ???

hmmm, i wonder how many pro shows milos won? :-X

Just what we need, another middle aged juicer who has poor genetics for bodybuilding.  You should workout at my gym you'd fit right in with the rest of the half assers.  For real though, gain 10lbs without drugs, then realize you've achieve 20% of what I have, then quit bodybuilding.  No wonder why you always put down my comments..hahah  You're everything I put down in every post.  The epic "hardcore" middle age "bodybuilder".  Translation: Casual gym goer on gear who thinks he achieved something by popping some pills and taking a shot or two, what a fucking joke.

I'd like to see what $500/hour can do for an natural, if anything.
Not too much.  When are people going to realize, gains lie in your diet, not in the gym.  Aside from going to failure, the "cutting edge" techniques used when training with any trainer, only go so far.  I'd rather focus in on my diet, which is 80% of it.  Believe me, the super monster brutal set with 25's on the squat rack, aren't doing that much...other than completely exhausting the muscle.  It is simply a high rep routine.
You owe me $50 for reading that.

gains lie in the diet. is that theory popular in america?

Haha, yeah, i agree.

80% diet is utter bullshit, or have you ever seen somebody getting huge and ripped from eating alone? On the other side, i know so many guys eating shit all day and growing like crazy.

I'd rather say training is 70% and diet makes 30% at the most. And this goes only for the ones that want to reach their potential. If you go to the gym to look good at the beach, you won't even have to focus on diet, just lift hard and eat enough protein.

don't you know that the sky is blue, the grass is green and you CAN get drug like effects with sugar and protein.

croatch, you really do have an obsession with steroids don't you?

every post you type is another tirade about how much you hate steroid users.

funny thing is, the actual users don't give a fuck about you and, by your own admissions, you're not natural.

kind of amusing really. ;D

the irony is that the actual users you are so jealous of are probably going to live a lot longer than you. just go on a cycle and find out that you actually aren't mr o material so you can get on with the rest of your life (maybe add a year or 2 8)).

hope this helps.

i hate to quote my friend mr michael mentzer, but first u need the appropriate training stimulus and then the diet does the rest.

my opinion is: the diet is very important, it is your safety net, so even if u dont train as well, u will still be getting the best results u can (however eating  times per day with protein can get annoying.)
