"Garreth"
Just what we need, another middle aged juicer who has poor genetics for bodybuilding.  You should workout at my gym you'd fit right in with the rest of the half assers.  For real though, gain 10lbs without drugs, then realize you've achieve 20% of what I have, then quit bodybuilding.  No wonder why you always put down my comments..hahah  You're everything I put down in every post.  The epic "hardcore" middle age "bodybuilder".  Translation: Casual gym goer on gear who thinks he achieved something by popping some pills and taking a shot or two, what a fucking joke. Not too much.  When are people going to realize, gains lie in your diet, not in the gym.  Aside from going to failure, the "cutting edge" techniques used when training with any trainer, only go so far.  I'd rather focus in on my diet, which is 80% of it.  Believe me, the super monster brutal set with 25's on the squat rack, aren't doing that much...other than completely exhausting the muscle.  It is simply a high rep routine.
You owe me $50 for reading that.
Heh, you're funny...and I like sarcasm.

I don't actually go to the K to workout. All those photos are staged. Fake weights, a squirt bottle and fancy lighting to make it look like I'm sweating and straining.

And yeah, there are these magic pills I'm taking -- not steroids -- magic. Only the top-tier bbers know about them, so if I told you what they were called, you couldn't Google for them or buy them yourself. When I take these magic pills, I just grow. It's really cool. Just sit around all day and drink Dr. Pepper while eating Cheetos and my muscles just expand while my fat is melting away.

And since you've got a selective memory, I'll remind you -- yet again: From '96-'97 I went from 210 to 260 without even knowing what steroids were...ahh, so sorry, so sad, sux you can't gain like that eh? Blame it all on drugs...you got shit genetics, can't gain anything, so anyone who can is drugged to the max. Anyone whose successful or happy just doing what they're doing is suspect and a cheater. The rich guy across the street got rich cuz he's dishonest, not because he worked his ass off. The movie star sucked cock to get where he is, he didn't work as a busboy in LA till he was 45 to land his first paying part. The pro bber started popping pills day 1 and never really works out or diets.

So you remained the same weight, after the use of drugs and training with Milos.  Impressive!
Sorry to burst your bubble, many movie stars blow their way to the top...that's widely known.  I know pro bodybuilders workout and diet...obviously, but let's face it...drugs are the root of their existence...kind of sad really.

Haha, yeah, i agree.

80% diet is utter bullshit, or have you ever seen somebody getting huge and ripped from eating alone? On the other side, i know so many guys eating shit all day and growing like crazy.

I'd rather say training is 70% and diet makes 30% at the most. And this goes only for the ones that want to reach their potential. If you go to the gym to look good at the beach, you won't even have to focus on diet, just lift hard and eat enough protein.
No, try eating pizza and ring dings 3x per day.  Stick to your regular routine.  Now eat 6x per day, clean foods.  I would guarantee, your body composition will be more favorable 6x per day.  Of course, you need to train on either one.  The point I was making was, by changing little things in a routine, you're not going to notice epic gains....vs. changing your diet.
Again, don't talk to me about diet.  That's like me talking to Coleman about gear. ;)

don't you know that the sky is blue, the grass is green and you CAN get drug like effects with sugar and protein.

croatch, you really do have an obsession with steroids don't you?

every post you type is another tirade about how much you hate steroid users.

funny thing is, the actual users don't give a fuck about you and, by your own admissions, you're not natural.

kind of amusing really. Grin

the irony is that the actual users you are so jealous of are probably going to live a lot longer than you. just go on a cycle and find out that you actually aren't mr o material so you can get on with the rest of your life (maybe add a year or 2 Cool).
You misunderstand me.  I have an obsession with fucking short cutters in the gym.  In fact, I don't even consider what most juicers and I do at the gym...the same thing really.  I'm a bodybuilder, they are drug users.
Don't confuse trying a cycle when you're a kid, to being a full blown juicehead in your mid 30's ...haha  In life, you learn that certain things are garbage and move on.  I can't imagine being a grown man popping pills and thinking...I really achieved something this month...I gained 8lbs on dbol!  haah, It's fucking laughable.  I like to push myself, not a needle to fool me into believing I'm greater than I am.
Lastly, how is it possible to be jealous of someone who looks worse than me, but ingests drugs to look that way?
I'll be honest, I usually laugh at most juicers because my gains usually own theirs and I take nothing.  Maybe if it weren't so widespread and how so many use it as a crutch for gains, I wouldn't mind it so much, but until then...it's just sad.
Hope that helped. ;)

No, it's sad that you can't handle it when others are happy and successful. Cup is always half full with you.

Course some are dishonest/evil but there are some honest good hardworking people in the world - stop with the blanket statements to make yourself feel better. Praise those who are successful. You have no idea how they gained their success, so give them kudos before assuming the worse. Ignore the ones who are dishonest - they mean nothing in the long run.

Praise bbers for their hard work. Regardless of if you think drug use is rampant. There is always something positive if you look for it. Good job Jay - awesome job at sticking to your diet! Great posing routine Gunter! Awesome set Hide! vs/ Jay's jaw is huge. Gunter looks like a twig when not all drugged out. Hide should stop being a bodybuilder because he's asian.

I promise you'll be a happier person all around.

So are you, or are you not on drugs in the pics?

I'm not saying you don't look good. You have a lot of muscle even for a juicer but I'm not sure if you are claiming to be natural here?

That's a great philosophy and I agree to some extent.  However, the fact is drug is in fact rampant in bodybuilding.  The number of people who can achieve a good physique without drug use...are rare.  To me, drugs in general ruin the sport, so I voice that opinion.  You can agree or disagree with what I say, but drugs are the downfall of bodybuilding.

No, "you" don't care.  Thanks for that information.
I know what bodybuilding should be and what it is, so it's just pathetic to see the types of clowns who ruin what should be a good thing.  It makes me feel better to knock these douchebags online, so I do...hahah  Even if I can reach out to one 2nd rate juicer who reads a post of mine and realizes...I'm a sorry fuck and can't accomplish dick without these drugs...I feel like my posts have served a purpose.
So you see, it's not in vein.  If I can change just one life, my posts make a difference. ;D

i think it's ok to have a trainer if you don't have any clue(spears and other "stars")
but why do you need a trainer if you already know everything?
a man who is on a bb board should know enough to drop fat and build muscle

Milos, you continue to preach the concepts of collective consciousness and postive-visualisation strategies, yet in reality, your world is full scams and exploitations!

Milos, how do balance such a contradictory and hypocritical lifestyle?
