Just the opposite, otherwise you would see more Ripped marathon runners. After a certain point it loses its fat burning effect.

Waddy, I do NO cardio and eat way more then you, am drug free , and am OLDER then you and still am leaner then you. Your fat loss "Methods" are beyond foolish and no one takes you serious.

Fat stops being burned? Massive amounts of excercise changes your whole energy intake/removal process huh? You're a fucking clown, a homo and probably a facist.

Physiological fact that short periods of intense intervals burn much more fat than long periods of slow consistant "cardio". Tons and tons of clinical studies and proof on this.
