1. How much? depends.  Costo for about $600 you get some of the biggest bang for your buck
2. What brand? Costco Brand (Kirkland)
3. Enteric coated? Waste of money.  Freeze your fish oil tabs and you avoid the nasty fish burps and it passes into your intestines for absorbtion
4. Best brand available at Wal-Mart?  go to Costo.

What 600$ for fish oil yea i want something less expensive than that i think and what is costo?  I dunno i'd still like my questions answered by somebody else we don't have costco here we only have wal-mart, bj's, sam's club no costco so that isn't going to work for me.

where I can buy cheap omega-3 caps , online store  ,  tp.com sells  for 26$  1000caps  , 180/120 EPA DHA  ,  anyone knows where I can find cheaper or in powder form if omega-3 exists in that form ?

Have to admit fish oil helps, my knees and elbows were tore up about 6 weeks ago to where it was affecting my run (military) test. Someone said try fish oil. I take 3 GNC brand caps along with glucosamine/chondroiton each night right before bed and in all honesty my joints have never been better. I take them before bed so that way I'm not burping them up and tasting them. The only reason I take GNC is because the prices are cheaper on post than regular GNC, plus my 20% discount.

(nothing to do with fish oil, but since it seems like your new to the whole supplement thing....REMEMBER TO TAKE MULTIVITAMINS)

thats the most important supplement in my oppinion

it doesnt exist in powder form, its callen oil for a reason, all the brands are good quality, right now im finished withthe caps, but prefer bottle oil, when i drink 25 ml it gives me a very relaxating feeling on the mind.

GUYS!  If you're going to take EFA's, Omega 3s, etc.  TAKE FISH OIL damnit!

Because we want  EPA & DHA!
