I just read Billy Guns bio. The guy doesn't know how to spell or punctuate. It is a painful read to say the least.
I can remember exactly when I first picked up my first set of weights but it has always been a love that I knew I wanted to be part of. As time went on I would read all the latest issues of Muscle Magazines like Muscular Development looking for the latest info on supplements , diet, and training advice. I believe the year was 2002 and I walked into a local gym in Farmingdale, NY and ran into an old friend I grew up with Derek Anthony. He was just getting ready for a show and the guy lit a fire inside of me to want to transform myself into something he had become from years of dieting and training. At this point I was in the gym training hard but did not have the solid foundation I was lacking which I had come to find later on that the diet was everything!!!
He's even charging 12.95 for membership.....what a dork
