th cops must have looked at pictures from the old days when they planned that transfer. they probably expected a 260 pound monster waiting behind the cell door. i must say that was a bit of an overkill there.

If a possiable escape was to happen he has no earthly idea where to begin to run. hence the blind folds if you notice the elevator was not to far from his new holding cell.
