That is disturbing, ...but at the same time, it gives complainers a reason to shut up.
I know every year here in Ontario, everyone complains about all the amount of money spent repairing roads.
But at the same time, it's incidents like this that hit you square in the face, and you have to consider the alternative. You either pay now, ...or pay very dearly later.
I just glad that no one I knew was caught in that. I reached Nancy yesterday, and it turns out her and her hubby were both in Wisconsin at the time of the collapse, ...and all their friends & family are safe & accounted for.
