Lithuania came through yet again on the highest level in basketball.
This time with their 15 year olds.
It's incredible how a country which has only 4 million citizens can hang with, and beat, countries like USA, Spain, Brazil and Russia. Repeatedly too.
The Lithuanians are simply put incredible.
I watched the whole final against Spain, and the Lithuanians pulled through in the last seconds, which wasn't surprising.
They have the best defence in the world, and nobody schools their kids in basketball better than the Lithuanians.
Very impressive victory.
The Lithuanian Wonder will continue for many years, I know that Marciulionis and Sabonis are both involved in their National Teams.
