Squad, I dont think all of these are out of the question. The DB preacher is a bit rough, haha. I hit some of these numbers without juice. I dont BB either though.

The 315x10 GM's sound legit for sure.

I have a friend, a Samoan (they have the best genetics on the planet 8)) who a few months ago benched 315 for reps after not working out for a long time.  As for me, before dieting I could easily close out 315 for reps in multiple sets.

Ive been out of the gym for as while and i can only get 405 for 5 right now and i'm a lot bigger, but hey you never know ;D
