plenty of guys have better amrs than ronnie - dillet, flex and fox - all of whom are black.

post of shot of ronnie where his tri's are flexed and look good.

in case, your dumbass cant read or your power rod snapped and hit you in the head again, best arms does not mean just biceps. with ronnie's triceps, he is not and should not be included in a "best arms" list.

Agreed. Damn, this is an awesome pic of flex. All the other guys mentioned have great biceps. Mike Christian had great triceps but can't think of anyone who had a better combination of both like Flex did.

I'm surprised no one has said Arnold yet.

Mike Mentzer's arms are what made him Mr. Universe. Some of the best tris and forearms ever.

Mentzer had virtually no arm or chest definition, areas where Szkalak beat him. In terms of triceps there were other guys who were better. He never had Robinson's density or cuts. He could never compete for best arms with these guys from the 70s in terms of size or definition, he had to win on good overall upper and lower body balance. Same thing against Schwarzenegger in 1980.

They are all great. But that picture of Flex says it all. For all around perfection and detail. Flex has or had the most perfect arms. the detail is just out of this world.

Great arms, right up there and should've won at least one Olympia in fair contests. Comparable but not better than Robinson, Dillet, Coleman, Schwarzenegger, Fox, Oliva, etc.

That pic's not any more special than any number of others. If you look at Coleman & Wheeler side by side in the late 90s, Wheeler looks incredible yet Coleman still had more arm size, better peaks and more refinement/detail.

Robby Robinson in the Masters O (in his 40's/50's

), had great arms. He improved with age.
