I was thinking of freerunning the Eiffel Tower but I rolled my ankle tying my sneakers this morning.

the only difference between you and the guys in that video is what they are thinking as they do that stuff. if you can see them do it; then you can realise what they are doing, understand what they must be thinking, visualise your motions, then execute.

no practice needed.

watch the video again, think positive; and go jump off the first building you see.

Yeah, that makes sense. Looks like you're hitting the coke again. Trying to get someone to break their leg?

There's a technique to taking those falls. You're welcome to go jump off a 25 foot wall and see what happens when you land without knowing what to do.

It was a freak storm.........just came out of nowhere, quick thinking on my part.......I said to myself "Joe, it's snowing in the middle of summer, take your shoes off and scale that tower"..
