Can Creatine go bad?

I bought a container of creatine mono...opened it, used it three times and put it away.  This was about a year ego.  Is it still good?

I'd say if the lid was properly sealed and it's still under the expiration date it's fine.  If it's clumpy, smells or tastes funny, or is expired...pitch it
