just giving you an honest assessment bro. im sure you look 100 times better than most kids your age that you know. but in comparison to kids your age that are into bodybuilding... you are not very comparible.
her is some constructive criticism.
first off, you need to be in the gym every day. heres a good routine=
day 1= chest, hamstrings calves
day 2=biceps triceps abs
day 3=shoulders traps
day 4=back abs
day 5=quads calves
day 6=repeat day 1
day 7=repeat day 2
get it? in the gym every day. you want to look like a bodybuilder, you have to sacrifice a hour a day. rome wasnt built in a day, neither is a fantastic physique. all things worth achieving take time, and take dedication/sacrifice.
eat upwards of 200 grams of protein a day. make sure to drink a whey protein shake immidietly following you workouts. eat carbs. if you are a "hardgainer"(you can eat whatever you want and dont gain weight..) eat alot of cabs, but not at the expense of eating protein. eating protein should come first, then carbs. try to eat COMPLEX carbs. such as whole wheat bread, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice. stay away from SIMPLE carbs...anything with sugar, white bread, white rice.. you get the idea.
SLEEP! try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
mix up your workouts and find the best rep/set scheme for your body. remember every BODY is different, dont just do what the biggest guy in you gym does; what works for him will not necessarily work best for you. start out with heavy weights, low reps. then try moderate weight moderate reps, switch it up to low weight high reps...see which one gives you the best gains.
stretch AFTER you workout, not before.
go intense and as heavy as possible(for desired rep scheme) as you can every workout.
there you go brother. the basics. follow that shit.
if anyone else has something to add, or maybe i missed something, or you want to continue on soemthing i said; go right ahead.
