legs look amazing Ron. And I would have to say your definetely living the life, u got a great job, a hot wife, u spend endless hours online at message boards! and u compete as a bodybuilder ( and dont get embarassed on stage) it doesnt get much better than that.

I WISH I was as big as when I juiced, even though I never was a monster even on gear. Here are a few pics of me geared up - last shot was the 2005 New England. I weighed in at 209 there, and right now I am already down to 198 with 9 days left to go til my show. Again, here is juiced. . .

And here is clean, all taken this week. My waist is a full 3 inches smaller now than when I was dieted down on gear - and I never used GH, just steroids and fat burners like clen and T-3.

Bottom line, I can't win this argument. If I look good, I must still be on drugs. If I look bad, all I would hear is "HAHAHAHAHA you little natural twerp, I am clean and I am 300 times bigger than you!"

So let me get this straight, you are only 8 pounds lighter, with the same conditioning, compared to when you were geared?

You have used steroids, for most likely 10 years, (if you are still now using substances which void ones natural status we most likely will never know), is it fair on lifetimes naturals that you are competing?

This kind of thing imo, makes "natural" bodybuilding a joke.

Guys who couldnt do shit while sauced up, trying to get make it as a "natural".

DavidPaul, here's the math one more time: ON JUICE: 209 on stage

NO JUICE - 198 with 9 days to go, meaning I will probably be 195 on stage. 209-195= 16 pounds, twice the 8 pounds you just mentioned. And do I think it's fair for a former juicer of 8 years (with a nearly 2-year break in there at one point) to compete against lifetime natties? NO! That's why I am doing a show (NPC) where the stipulation is that you be clean for at least ONE YEAR - which I am, plus another 6 months. There are other orgs that ask you to be 5 yrs drug-free, 7 yrs, or lifetime. So if someone does not want to go up against a guy or girl that used gear as recently maybe as a year or two ago, they should stay away from these one-year clean shows and orgs.

On drugs, my chest and delts always blew up, yet oddly my arms didn't seem to grow much at all. Without drugs, everything seems to grow at a much more even rate - why this would happen I have no idea.

You should know this being in the industry. Delt area is more dense with androgen receptors. Big traps + big delts = androgen look.
