well, the "shut the fuck up and train" t-shirt would be useful for keeping all of the gym "muscle groupies" (as i like to call them) from talking to you and asking you questions and for advice. im too nice of a guy to just statw orking out and ignore somebody...and it seems like everyworkout i will have at least one 10 minute rest set that fucks me up because some guy wants me to tell him what i am doing, what he hsould be odng, what to eat, what not to eat, or somethng along those lines.
BUT, i agree, only a pro/ top amatuer bodybuilder would be able to pull it off without looking like a self absorbed jackass.
i used to have a blue sleeveless house of pain shirt, and all it said was "house of pain"....i stopped wearing it because i could just feel the negative stigma i was putting off by wearing that shirt. and id feel like a jackass anytime i was resting in-between sets..
