you always see the pros in magazines etc but when seeing them on videos you can get a better view of them as a person

toney gets props from me big time....i have seen him on several vids now and he is not the typical boring
ass guy, plus he seems nice and actually has a fucking brain....a lot of these pros just sound like idiots when they TRY to speak....toney also lifts the right way, not the warren, kamali, henry, jackson way in attempt to impress the viewers while not even stimulating the muscle fibers they are "targetting"

and to top it off he has an incredible physique

Toney Freeman is an aweosme pro.The dude made a HUGE impact this year and is a force to be reckoned with. Best part, when he turns to the side you never see a big disgusting gut. Toneys physique is what bodybuilding. Freaky yet still pretty

Freeman has a great build...
wide with a narrow waiste
plus he  comes across as a
very down to earth guy...
...like some aspects of his training..
on bfto 2006 he did.. a delt trap combo
behind the neck press.. 7 reps.. military press 7 reps..then upright rows 7 reps..
.. one set no rest..
i use the olympic bar and 45's each side for this..
tremndous gains.. delt and trap wise.. i have to use it sparingly
..
