Specifically....your diet ( year round and how it changes according to what u shoot ) , training , aas , and fatburners ( not the hydroxycut  ). My oppinion is that it would be VERY informative , and a lot of the INTELLIGENT  GetBig community would find it helpfull and interesting.

Onlyme : Is that you Kieth ? I remember having one of the best times ever at Your Aloha E, show in Hawaii. You put on a great show. Man that was fun. I was with Jeff Everson At the Planet Muscle booth.
I just remember having such a good time and everyone, Incl.. Fitness, Figure All the Pro's etc... Everyone was just relaxed and having a great time. The competitions Figure, Mens bb, were excellent. How are you doing? Would love it if you put on another show. Great time !!!!!!!!
