Thankfully Simone no longer competes and is no where near as masculine looking these days. She still has pretty big arms but looks a lot more feminine.

The reason male bodybuildrs often end up with female counterparts like that is because they're both jacked up on testosterone and have overactive sex drives because of it. A "normal" partner who doesn't use drugs would be worn out.
