He was only a rookie last year. Got two 5th places, and qualified for the O. He's defeated Alves, Kamali, and Farah so far. Obviously not a Phil Heath start, but a solid beginning. He was runner-up at nationals 2 years in a row, to Matt DuVall, then Chris Cook (a highly disputed win for Cook). We see how cook ended up - never placing and now out of bodybuilding, while Wilmore got an O invite the next year. I think he'll be top 5 at the Europa without blinking.

MD said he's working with Milos this year, and had already added 1-2 inches to his thighs as of April or May (I forget the issue). I don't know how long he worked with Milos. But if ANYONE can make a fast improvement to a guy, Milos can. We see how he blew up gustavo to top 3 Olympia, and Silvio to the machine that he is this year.
