I was in the gym tonight riding the lifecycle and this massive guy got on a treadmill. The guy had legit 20+ inch arms and an upper body to match. He had very low bodyfat. It was hard to tell if he had legs to match because he had very loose sweats on. Then I noticed he had some of the most under-developed calves I have ever seen. I would have estimated 12" to 14". I mean it almost seems like they would have been bigger even if he never trained them just because he was a very big guy. Has anybody else ever seen someone who was so big but had a bodypart that was so small?
i have a legit 14 inch nose.
Yes. a linebacker I played with who's now in the NFL. He had a lumbar disk injury and the radiopathy (pinched nerve) prevented him from putting any mass in his calves/hams. Use it or loose it. Stop eyeing guy's legs...
i have legit 14 inch calves.
It's all about proportion. On a small and narrow frame like yours, doesn't look too bad.
everyone seems to notice their proportion to the rest of me.
i am lucky in the calf dept....i barely work them at all, nowdays i do 3 sets of seatedcalf raises and they are killer....they go very low on my legs too....maybe it is becausei have flat ass caveman feet
I have quasi flass feet too and they're very Arnoldish... decent size but very high..
"everyone", you mean the 80% of getbigger who hit the gym once a week and would never dare posting a pic? Their "advice" is very valuable...
people actually see me outside of the world wide web too, believe it or not.
Use it or loose it.
My favorite are white boy calves...very big, but poor shape and they'll go down to the ankle. Runner up, black man calves...insert 2" from behind the knee cap...ahha.
In the pro ranks, Dennis Wolf fits that description. His physique is spectacular until you get to his calves, which are terrible.
