today I drove by a bus stop and saw a toddler in a car chair fall onto the pavement (from the bench) screaming as her father (I assume) scrambled to pick her up and dust her off.

it was kind of a disturbing sight actually

Today I hugged my daughter and went to her first day of school for the last time.

My 12th first day with her. Seems like it was just yesterday that I hugged her on day one of 1st grade.

I watched her walk away to hang out with her friends before classes start. She's almost an adult.

I need some tissue . . . .
