Well, that is a not a bad pic/angle of his right arm. But I think we've all seen a host of his arm shots on this site. Seems to have very little bicep/tricep size/shape other than 'bratwurst.'

hi, bro. i will gladly address that question for you. the thing that makes my waist look big is the actual size of my abs. ive always had genetically large, thick, brick-like abs. i like them. i wouldnt change it for the world. my actual waist is a 30". at 230 lbs in that picture, i am wearing my 32 waist shorts and you can see the fact that they are buckling in the front. they are too big!! my waist is small. my abs are huge. they create an illusion of a "gut"...always have. even when i was 180 lbs.
