I doubt it.

I can't find the clip on youtube. It's been removed. But Hogan was on a talkshow and she pulls out a tape measurer and BAAMMMM 24 inches baby.

But it's an old school trick to soak the tape measure in water so it shrinks.

No way this clown had arms as big as Levrone or Coleman, if their arms were even 24 inches.

PS - Hogan's were 24 without pump LOL

LOL!! You're kidding me right? Hogan's like six foot seven, you can't compare the way his arms look to Coleman or Levrone. His arms are much longer so they won't look as thick.

I don't doubt his arms WERE BIG since he WAS a tall guy. so I agree cpmpletely.

But 24 inches is still a stretch.

hogan's arms were never close to 24", but then neither were levrone's or ronnie's for that matter.

consider that arnold was 6' and his right arm (his biggest) was 193/4" with a slight pump whilst not in contest condition and you get a fair idea.

Im a pro wrestler myself so I have had the chance to meet Hogan And I can assure you them arms aint 24". The only thing Hogan has thats has the number 24 in is probably the millions he has in his bank balance.

The initial pics however still dont do him justice though and were just after the whole early 90s steroid debarcle. If I was going to say how big they were id say about 19" 20" max
