The man competed as high as 259 pounds one year. I believe it was 1989?? Either way, at 5'11"-6'0" he has claimed a 21" arm at his best. I believe it. He was a "Heavy duty" monster, with great proportions.

me neither his arms were tiny and he had hardly any quads he had a nice back but he wasnt a complete package if he had ronnies arms or even arnolds he would of been hard to beat but overall i think he was over rated period!!!!!
