exactly right, Haney's chest and back were among the biggest and best ever unquestionably but his arms and legs were pathetically undersized.

I've never cared for Haney's physique myself also.As pumpster stated, his torso imo was too large in comparison to the rest of his bodys proportions.I could care less the measurement of his arms but agree they were too small for his torso size in comparison.BTW he did have a wicked v-taper!

To be fair to Haney that was 1984 his First Olympia win and he was I believe 235 pounds not his biggest , while his quads were never that massive they were bigger than that and that show is one of the best of Haney that shot is simply great.
