i hate him and wish he wouldnt have done it........BUT im sorry i missed seeing it on tv. i changed the channel and forgot to go back til i saw this. a great moment to see happen.

yes the pitchers were also taking them so everything IMOP even's out...What i think is very interesting that nobody seems to want to talk about...Is the fact that all the great ball players of the 60s on up were taking tons of greenies(speed) every single night...

Surely speed would have added to the numbers of the guys who are already in the Hall of Fame...I believe its probably one of the reasons Hank Aaron won't say a bad word about bonds...What would people say about Reggie Jackson if they found out he was a speed freak?

I think if they are going to bring up hormones, then speed should also be talked about

saying steroids doesnt belong in baseball is like saying that the background music on american idol shouldnt be there either. sure, the show might be a more accurate assessment of the singers, and sure, the show would still be watched. but ista much better program with the background music. because it is funner to watch, it is more entertaining, and it gets the t.v. show better ratings= more money...more money=equals better show.

wether you like him or not, Bonds is/was a great player, and the best of his era. Too bad he wasn't a decent human being on top of it....

steroids were first isolated in the 1930s in austria. the scientists earned a nobel prize. IT WASN'T TOP SECRET STUFF.

they were used on subjects prior (experimentation) and from this date. eg. hitler used them on his troops in ww2.

STEROIDS DIDN'T HAVE A STIGMA AT ALL AT THIS POINT. THEY WERE ACTUALLY CONSIDERED A HEALTH TONIC. then again, cocaine and meth were widely used as a tonic at the time also. all were perfectly legal and actually contained in many health preparations and soft drinks (coca cola)

ATHLETES HAVE BEEN USING STEROIDS FROM THIS DATE.. this is an indisputable fact. to attempt to decifer what athletes used what, how and when is futile and stupid.

barry bonds record has as much credibility as any other record.
