Mate your being way too generous with those measurements. Branch doesn't have 33 inch quads and Ruhl doesn't have 36. Ronnies are probably the biggest and they are around 34 inches.

measurements are straight outta md!!! the issue where branch and marcus meet to train legs!

branch "no idea what they used to be, but ive measured them at 33 inches not too long ago"

marcus "i dont know what they used to be either. but right before the last olympia they were 85 centimeters - so 33 inches. now i am 340 pounds and they are 92 centimeters - thats 36 inches"

marcus ruhl on calves:

"when i started training mine they were just 35 centimeters. right now they are 56 centimeters" (thats 22 inches)

Well if we are talking off season then yes i can imagine those measurements are fairly close. Obviously they would lose some size, but don't get me wrong i'm a huge Ruhl fan and he does have MASSIVE legs. Looking foward to the olympia, Marcus said he aims to come in at 295 LBS!!!

all those claims are BS...Mark Henry at his peak of powerlifting weighing over 400 lbs had 35" legs...and he had alot of fat to go along w/ the muscle

must get pretty boring having to count every fucking rep of a typical coleman leg workout. $:-\$
