Yes it is real.I have been to my nieces gymnastics classes and they have one of those long mat/springy things and I was watching these guys do that.I was amazed,Brother-in-law said pretty neat eh,you should see when the really good guys are here. Those guys are pretty built too from just jumping around and the rings and such.

yup. i went to a gymnastics class last week and my first time ever on one of those long trampoline things i did a little routine that would have shamed that guys. i started out with a triple backflip with a 1080, then i did a double misty flip wwhile beating my chest to the tune of "tipsy" by j-kwon, then to finish it off i had my brother throw me a full glass of beer and i did a quardruple front flip with my eyes closed and hands clasped with out spilling the beer; andbefore i landed i drank the beer while doing a 360. when i landed i smashed the beer glass on my forehead and yelled "where the fuck is my meatloaf??!!".



but thats nothing, like he said..most getbigger do this type of shit all the time.
