No he is not one of the greats.. just because he has an aesthetically pleasing physique doesn't make him one of the greats.. he's obviously never had the heart to continue competing, and has never put the complete package come game time..
That's just like calling Troy Alves one of the greats of the 2000's..
The greats of the 90's include early on Lee Haney, Vince Taylor, then Dorian, Shawn, Kevin, Flex, Nasser, and later on Ronnie Coleman.. Then below them other guys like Chris Cormier, Mike Francois, Paul Dillet etc...
