Cottage Cheese question
« on: August 10, 2007, 12:54:05 PM »
Is it better to eat the fat-free or the low-fat/low-sodium version?  I've never found a fat-free/low-sod. version.

The low sodium tastes very strange.  Splenda is a must with the low sodium.  I have seen low fat low sodium available (I am in the LA area)

Unless you're on a sodium restricted diet for some reason, I wouldn't be concerned.  Figure about 1mg sodium per calorie for a daily total (up to 3000).  So if you eat 1500 calories/day, you're sodium should be 1500mg.  Most people WAY over exceed that.
